Circa 2009 Josh Barnett competing in a Submission Grappling Match. This is a wonderful display of the brutality that is known as Catch Wrestling. I especially enjoyed the Front Neck Lock Suplex. Unlike a lot of the grappling you see today Catch Wrestling emphasizes control from the feet all the way to the ground.
